SDW-901 Oil Particle Counter (also known as Oil Contamination Tester)It is a specialized instrument developed based on national and international standards such as GB/T 18854-2002 (ISO11171-1999) for detecting pollutant particle levels in oil. This instrument is developed using the principle of light blocking (light blocking) counting. When particles in a liquid pass through a narrow detection area, the incident light perpendicular to the flow direction of the liquid is blocked by insoluble particles, causing the sensor output signal to change. This signal change is proportional to the cross-sectional area of the particles, thereby detecting the size and quantity of particles in the liquid. We can provide fast, accurate, reliable, and reproducible detection results, as well as complete pollution monitoring and analysis reports.
Suitable for detecting particle contamination levels in hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, fire-resistant oil, insulating oil, and turbine oil. It can be widely used in aviation, aerospace, power, petroleum, chemical, transportation, ports, metallurgy, machinery, automobile manufacturing and other fields.
